About
Skin in the game.
Not theory from the sideline.
PEAK isn't a course someone built from memory of what worked in 2019. It's the broadcast channel for an agency lab running right now.
Agencies are getting replaced by AI — and most owners are pretending it isn't happening.
I run an agency myself. I'm rebuilding it with AI in real-time and documenting everything that works.
PEAK is where serious agency owners come to do the same thing — together.
The situation we're all in
Agencies are under pressure they've never felt before. Clients are cutting spend because AI can do what used to take a team. Competitors are going AI-first. The old retainer model — where you charge for time and headcount — is cracking.
And most agency consultants respond to this by selling you a new framework. Most courses will tell you to start fresh, niche down, or pivot to "AI automation services." Neither of those helps when you already have a running business, a team, and clients — and you need to adapt it now, not rebuild from scratch.
What I'm actually doing
I run a marketing agency. Not in theory — an active, running business with real clients and a real team. I've spent the last couple of years rebuilding it piece by piece with AI: automating fulfillment, upgrading the reporting stack, building internal knowledge systems, figuring out where AI adds leverage and where it creates new problems.
Some of it works really well. Some of it was a waste of time. I document all of it.
Every system I share inside PEAK is a system I built for my own business first. Every prompt, workflow, and template was tested on real client work before it gets shared. This isn't theory — it's an operating playbook I'm updating in real-time.
Why PEAK exists
The biggest thing I wanted when I started this rebuild was a peer group. Not beginners. Not gurus. Just other established operators navigating the same transition — at the same revenue stage, with similar team structures, dealing with the same client pushback.
That group didn't really exist. So I'm building it.
PEAK is for agency owners at $30K–$100K+/mo who are serious about adapting — not because they're panicking, but because they can see what's coming and want to be ahead of it instead of behind it.
What makes this different
Most agency education is retroactive. Someone figures something out, waits a few years, writes the framework, then teaches it. By the time you learn it, it's already dated — especially with AI moving this fast.
PEAK is concurrent. I'm figuring things out now and sharing them now. The community is doing the same. If something stops working, we find out together. If something works better than expected, everyone gets the update.
That's the only model that makes sense for a moment like this.
